Terms of use and license

These terms apply to the Letterlark app and to licenses bought on this site.

Using Letterlark

You may use the free version without charge. Only open files that you own or are authorised to access.

Licenses

  • Personal: for one person, for their own mailboxes, on their own devices.
  • Pro: additionally allows commercial use and use on files of clients or colleagues you work for.
  • A license is a one-time purchase. It removes the export limit of the free version for Letterlark version 1.x.
  • Do not share or publish your license key.

No warranty

Letterlark is provided “as is”, without warranty of any kind. Mail files vary a lot, and some files – especially damaged, encrypted or unusual ones – may not open or may convert imperfectly. Keep your original files. Letterlark is not a data recovery service, and we are not liable for lost data or for any indirect damages, to the extent the law allows.

Payments and refunds

Prices are shown in US dollars; USDT amounts include a few cents that identify your order. Because the full app can be tested for free before buying, sales are final except where applicable law requires otherwise. If a paid feature fails on your file, contact us and we will try to help.

Consumers in the EU/EEA normally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. For digital content it ends once delivery has started with your express consent: at checkout you confirm that you want the license key delivered immediately after payment and acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once the key has been delivered. We confirm this in the e-mail that contains your key.

Open-source components

Letterlark uses open-source libraries under the MIT, Apache-2.0, BSD and similar licenses. See the list of components.
